18-Years of Hard Work -
Isidro Garcia, Clovis City Commissioner, cuts the ribbon at
the official opening of the West Seventh Street Project.
Garcia, the power behind the project, witnessed 18-years of
hard work pay off today as he and other members of the
community celebrated the expansion of the West Seventh
Street Project. Other loyal Democrats and workhorses
pictured with Garcia are: Bobby Sandoval, Lunell Winton,
Garcia, Gloria Wicker. Others in the picture were also
instrumental in the success of the project.
