League of Conservation Voters to Host Discussions on 2004 Elections  

Please join Deb Callahan, the President of the League of Conservation Voters, for an open dialogue to discuss the 2004 elections and strategies to maintain the grassroots momentum developed during the Presidential election for 2005 and beyond.  Please join LCV to share your thoughts on how organizations and individuals can work together for better policies and more responsive elected officials and political leaders.   The agenda will include a discussion of the current political landscape, the 2005 Congress and what's next for the environmental movement.  

LCV is preparing for a grassroots field campaign in New Mexico; this will be the first of many citizen forums on what we can do together to change the political dialogue in our state and in the nation. The agenda will include discussion and time for Q&A.
