Seminars on Democracy

There will be three seminars on democracy for Democrats on April 2nd, 16th and 30th, in the boardroom, second floor, Branigan Memorial Library at 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Unfortunately we are poorly prepared to explain what we mean by democracy, how a representative government is supposed to work. Let's learn how. What does equality mean and what are my duties as an elector/voter? How can we evaluate what we see in America today? Is there really "liberty and justice" for all?
