DPNM Chair Announces 33 County Listening Tour

Democrats are engaging voters around New Mexico using virtual outreach

Democratic Party of New Mexico (DPNM) Chair Marg Elliston today announced a 33 county virtual listening tour, during which she will meet with voters from across the state to discuss political organizing during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This listening tour expands on DPNM’s goal to use innovative strategies to continue reaching out to all New Mexicans during the novel coronavirus outbreak.

“We’re living through uncertain and challenging times, but DPNM is committed to our mission to engage voters across New Mexico,” said DPNM Chair Marg Elliston. “I’m excited to speak to New Mexicans in all 33 counties about how we can continue to encourage political participation and what they’re doing in their own communities to elect Democrats. Together, we will get through this, and we will keep New Mexico blue in 2020.”

DPNM is currently in the process of scheduling county meetings. For more information about your individual county’s meeting, and currently scheduled meetings, please see here.
