Mickey Mouse’s Doormat Launches Presidential Campaign in Bizarre Twitter Announcement
ALBUQUERQUE – After losing ground in the GOP primary polls in recent months, divisive DeSantis officially launched his presidential campaign in a first-of-its-kind Twitter announcement, technical difficulties included.
“When he isn’t picking fights with cartoon characters like Donald Trump or Mickey Mouse, banning books, or decimating fundamental rights, radical Ron has made clumsy attempts to bolster his declining national profile over the last year. If given the chance, DeSantis would bring his clueless brand of MAGA extremism to the national level, with disastrous consequences to fundamental rights and America’s reputation,” said Democratic Party of New Mexico Spokesperson Daniel Garcia. “Whether it’s his extreme abortion ban, his signature ‘Don’t Say Gay’ bill, or picking fights with a cartoon mouse at the expense of Florida’s economy, radical Ron DeSantis has proven that he is far too divisive and extreme to serve as America’s Chief Executive.”
In August of last year, DeSantis visited New Mexico to campaign for MAGA lackeys Mark Ronchetti and Yvette Herrell at a rally in Carlsbad. During the rally, DeSantis attacked the FBI and defended his homophobic “Don’t Say Gay” bill and his extreme policy on abortion. |
