DPNM Welcomes New Communications Director Ahead of the 2020 Cycle

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – Marg Elliston, Chair of the Democratic Party of New Mexico (DPNM) announced today that Miranda van Dijk will be joining the party as Communications Director ahead of the 2020 election cycle.

Miranda most recently worked on Jacky Rosen’s successful campaign for U.S. Senate as Deputy Press Secretary. Previously, she served as a Press Assistant for Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer.

“As we look to build on the momentum of a historically successful 2018 cycle, we’re excited to welcome Miranda to the Democratic Party of New Mexico.” said Democratic Party Chairwoman Marg Elliston. “Democrats are entering this cycle with unprecedented enthusiasm. We’re committed to electing candidates up and down the ballot who will fight for working families and create a government that represents all New Mexicans. Miranda shares those values, and I’m confident she will be an excellent addition to the team.”
