Governor-Elect Michelle Lujan Grisham To Bring New Leadership To New Mexico

Tonight, New Mexicans elected Congresswoman Michelle Lujan Grisham (D-N.M.) to be the next Governor of New Mexico. Lujan Grisham will be the first Democratic Woman Hispanic governor in the nation’s history. Chair Marg Elliston of the Democratic Party of New Mexico released the following statement:

“Michelle Lujan Grisham is the governor New Mexico needs to lead our state in a new direction. New Mexicans are ready to invest in our children and our communities, and Michelle brings the transformative leadership and enthusiastic energy we need to turn our state around. After eight years of Susana Martinez’s failed leadership, change is finally coming to the Roundhouse.” 

Your contribution will be used in connection with federal elections. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the names, mailing addresses, occupation and name of employer of the individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per calendar year. Contributions are not tax deductible for state and federal income tax purposes.
